Insurance & Payment

We accept most insurances. However, our insurance list is constantly growing and changing. The best way to confirm if we accept your insurance is to call us or send us a message via our contact us form. 

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payments can be made in office as well as through your patient portal. 

You can make a payment in office, over the phone, or through your patient portal. If you need any assistance, please reach out via phone or email.

You can access your payment information, including all bills and statements, through your patient portal. You can also call us and we can email or text you a copy directly. 

If you have a question about your bill you can reach out to us directly via phone or email at [email protected]. We will get back to you within 1(one) business day. 

Services & Appointments

We are open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with a 1 hour lunch break from 12pm-1pm. We are also open Saturday’s from 8am to noon by appointment only. 

Appointments can be made by simply calling our office, or through the appointment link on the website.
